S'mores Popsicles


Perso, j'adore les guimauves ''brûler'' comme au camping 😋🔥💛

Je n'ai donc pas rajouter le chocolat magic shell pour enrober, 
c'était déjà juste assez sucrer et vraiment bon! 😊

*10 jumbo marshmallows (guimauves)
*1 1/2 cup vanilla ice cream (crème glacée)
*1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs (chapelure Graham)
*1 bottle chocolate magic shell (chocolat magic shell)


First roast the marshmallows. 
Place them on a skewer and toast over an open flame (be careful in this step).
Or, line a rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil and place the marshmallows on top.
Then turn the broiler to high.
Roast them under the broiler until they’re browned (about 2-3 minutes depending on your oven).
Do NOT leave the oven because they can burn very, very quickly.
In the bowl of a food processor or blender, mix the marshmallows and ice cream until fully combined.
Then, stir in the graham cracker crumbs.
Place the ice cream into popsicle molds and freeze until solid, at least 6 hours.
Pour the magic shell into a shallow bowl, unmold the popsicles, and immediately coat them in the chocolate.
Once hardened, serve (or place them back in the freezer on a plate for later)!
